The history of the house

The name Solaria

The name alone says a lot about our house in Obertauern: The wonderfully sunny location, only a few steps to the ski slope, lived hospitality and a relaxed atmosphere.

The house was opened in 1959 and was the first in this location. Since then, countless regular guests appreciate the Hotel Solaria in Obertauern for its uncomplicated and relaxed way of vacationing.

With a lot of charm and even more cordiality

With the start of the winter season 2022/23, the hotel was placed in new hands and is now managed by Andrea and Christian Dengg.

Andrea and Christian personally take care of your wishes and make sure that you lack nothing during your vacation. They are supported by their two children, Simon and Matthias (aged 11 and 7), as well as their motivated and dedicated team.
