YOUR HOTEL IN OBERTAUERN DIRECTLY AT THE SKI SLOPE
Obertauern – Where the snow is at home
Obertauern, located at 1,650 to 2,313 meters above sea level, is a ski resort in a class of its own and it is not said in vain that the snow is at home here. More than 100 kilometers of perfectly groomed slopes – 61 km of easy (blue), 35 km of medium (red) and 4 km of difficult (black) runs, state-of-the-art lifts, cozy huts and brilliant après-ski are guaranteed here.
Blue, Red & Black Tauernrunde
The so-called Tauernrunde – 12 kilometers of fun on the slopes in a clockwise and counterclockwise direction – has downhill runs for every taste and skill level. From family-friendly slopes to the absolute challenge in white or black – the Gamsleiten 2 – the spectrum of perfectly groomed slopes in Obertauern ranges.
For repeat runs, people also like to use the runs outside the Tauernrunde for a change. Red and green signs at entrances and intersections show the right way.
